G Madegowda Institute of Technology (GMIT) one of the premier institution started in the year 2011 with CSE, EEE, ECE, Civil and Mechanical branches by Bharathi Education Trust (BET), Bharathinagar. Since then, it has grown with time. At present, the institution runs 5 under graduate courses in Bachelor of Engineering (BE) 2 Post graduation courses in master of technology ( M.Tech) with an annual intake of about 415 students. The institution began with the mission of preparing the young generation for “Integration & Prosperity”. Today more than thousand students are studying in this institute & they are guided by more than 60 well qualified & experienced faculty members who work to integrate the mission of the college by their teaching.
