- Except for Medicine: 4 to 8 years
- Medicine (M. D / M.S ./ P. G. / Diploma): Minimum period of 3 years and maximum of 6 years

Qualification
- For admission into a Ph.D. program candidates should have a Master's qualification with 55% marks.
- Aspirants with 2 years M.Sc., Medicinal subjects are not qualified for entrance into Ph.D. in Medicine.
- To SC/ST/OBC (non-velvety layer)/Differently-abled and different classifications of competitors a relaxation of 5% of marks will be given.
- Applicants with M.Phil. degree, having in any event 55% marks can also apply.
Selection Procedure
- Admission will be founded on the marks verified in the Entrance Test and Interview, subject to the satisfaction of the qualification criteria and the standards of reservation.
- The passing marks for admission will be notified for the Entrance test for Ph.D.
The entrance test will be of two sections
Section 1
- 10.00 am – 11.30 AM
- Written Examination for a limit of 70 marks.
- MCQ of 70 Questions of 1 mark each.
Section 2
- Interview/Viva-Voce-for 30 marks
- As the same time of the Entrance assessment interview will be hung around.
- No TA and DA will be given.
- Oral presentation by the aspirant, either on paper or over the table or onboard before a board of subject specialists for around 10 - 20 minutes on any theme of applicant's decision, ideally in the picked territory of research.

Vinayaka Missions had its inception in the year 1981 with the establishment of the Thirumuruga Kirupananda Variyar Thavathiru Sundara Swamigal (TKVTSS) Medical Educational and Charitable Trust.
