UBKV PhD Admission 2026 | Dates, Application, Essential Qualification and Entrance Test
Applications in the endorsed structure are welcomed through online just for admission to Ph.D Program under Research Scholar/In-administration Research Scholar in the accompanying controls under the Faculties of Agriculture and Horticulture for the session 2026-2020. Essential Qualification
- Reliably great scholastic records with Master's Degree in Agriculture/Horticulture/Forestry Science having at any rate 65% imprints or an OGPA of 6.5 out of 10.00 or 3.75 out of 5.00 or 3.0 out of 4.00 or 2.25 out of 3.00 for general and OBC class (for SC/ST/PH competitor 60 % imprints or OGPA 6.0 out of 10.00 or 3.44 out of 5.00 or 2.75 out of 4.00 or 2.06 out of 3.00) in Master's certificate program from any perceived Indian/Foreign University pursued by Bachelors' Degree in Agricultural/Horticultural/Forestry Science under 10+2+4 or 10+1+4 or 11+4.

Entrance Test for admission to Ph.D. Agriculture/Ph.D. Horticulture/Ph.D. Forestry
Duration of the Test – 1 hour 30 minutes
Total Marks – 100
Questions
- 15 questions of 2 marks = 30 marks
- 2 questions of 5 marks = 10 marks
- MCQ type 60 questions of four choices every one of 1 marks (60x1=60)
- Negative imprints for MCQ is 0.25 for each off-base answer.
- Qualifying characteristics of the Entrance Test - 35 % for General and OBC-A& OBC-B classes and 30% for SC, ST and PWD classifications of the Test.
