At RK University strong support to all the research-related activities are provided by Faculty of Doctoral Studies & Research. In various disciplines program provides students with a unique opportunity to obtain research training under the Faculties of Management, Medicine, Pharmacy, Science, and Technology.

Ph.D. Admission Schedule

• 01/03/19 For the Ph.D. program RKU starts accepting applications
• 30/04/19 Last date for accepting the Ph.D. program applications
• 12/05/19 RKU’s Entrance Examination (Research Aptitude Test)
• 12/05/19 Interview
• 21/05/19 Declaration of Results
• 01/06/19 Last date for the payment of fees (INR 60,000 for the first year) and for obtaining the Ph.D. guide’s consent
• 02/06/19 Orientation program

Fee Structure

• Application Fees   Rs. 1,000
• 1st Year   Rs. 60,000
• 2nd Year   Rs. 30,000
• 3rd Year   Rs. 30,000
• 4th Year and Onwards   Rs. 30,000
• Thesis Evaluation Fees   Rs. 15,000

RKU’S Research Aptitude Test

• Question paper – 100 multiple choice questions.
• Maximum marks – 100.
• Time duration – 120 minutes.
• The question paper will have 2 sections
• Section 1 – Questions on Research Methodology – 50 marks.
• Section 2 – Subject-specific questions – 50 marks
• Each question will have multiple choices (e.g., (a) (b) (c), and (d)).
• Each correct answer will carry 1 mark.

• Bachelor’s Mark sheet
• Valid photo identification
• Master’ Degree Certificate (if available)
• Proof for RAT exemption (if applicable)
• Bachelor’s Degree Certificate
• Master’s Mark sheet
• Course equivalence certificate from AIU
• CGPA or grade equivalence certificate 
• Proof of employment (if applicable)
• Aadhaar card (photocopy)
