RGUKT primarily offers 6-year integrated BTech programs (after 10th grade) and 4-year BTech programs (after 10+2). The university has three campuses:

1. 6-Year Integrated BTech (After 10th)
Duration: 6 years (2 years of PUC + 4 years of BTech)
Eligibility: Pass in 10th (SSC) with a minimum percentage (varies yearly).

2. 4-Year BTech (After 10+2)
Duration: 4 years
Eligibility: 10+2 with MPC (Maths, Physics, Chemistry) and a valid rank in AP EAMCET/JEE Main (for Andhra Pradesh/Telangana students).
Specializations: Same as above (CSE, ECE, ME, CE, ChE).
3. Other Courses
BSc (Hons) in Natural Sciences (6-year integrated program)
MTech & PhD (in select disciplines, offered at Basar campus)
