NABI PhD Biotechnology Admission 2026 - Dates, Application Process and Scholarship

Applications are invited by National Agri-Food Biotechnology Institute (NABI), Mohali for admission into a PhD degree program in Biotechnology from the motivated students starting September 2020 session. The degree will be awarded by RCB (www.rcb.res.in) and the programme will be conducted at NABI. NABI is a recognized center of the Regional Centre for Biotechnology (RCB), Faridabad to conduct Ph.D. (Biotechnology).

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: MPharma/ MVSc/ Sc/MTech in any area of life sciences/MBBS or an equivalent degree.
• Qualifying marks: 55% (5% relaxation will be given to SC/ST/OBC/PD)
• Candidate has qualified a national level test and such tests include a doctoral fellowship or admission eligibility test conducted at the national level by UGC, or CSIR, or ICMR, or DST, or DBT, or any other Government recognized agency.
• Candidates may also apply whose result is still awaited and appearing, in the qualifying degree examination (final year/final semester). At the time of joining they have fulfilled the aforementioned criteria/ requirements.
