Mohanlal Sukhadia University (erstwhile Udaipur University) at Udaipur is a State University established by an Act in the year 1962 to cater to the needs of higher education in Southern Rajasthan with more then 2.25 Lakh Students. University will conduct a Research Entrance Test for admission into the Ph.D. program.

  • Eligibility: Candidate should have 55% marks in PG for the general category and 50% marks for SC/ST and non-creamy OBC candidates.
  • Research Entrance Test: The RET exam has two papers, Paper-1 (General Paper) and Paper-II (subject Specific) which have 100 marks each.
  • Syllabus for RET: The syllabus for RET will be the same as of UGC.

Qualification criteria for admission to the Ph.D. Program
