MNLU Nagpur UG, PG Courses 2026

Maharashtra National Law University (MNLU), Nagpur for Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) courses expected in 2025:

Undergraduate (UG) Courses:

1. BA LLB (Hons) – 5-Year Integrated Program

   • Eligibility: 10+2 with minimum 45% marks (40% for SC/ST).

   • Selection: Based on CLAT (Common Law Admission Test) score.

   • Intake: Around 120 seats (subject to change).

2. BBA LLB (Hons) – 5-Year Integrated Program (if offered)

   • Similar eligibility as BA LLB, with a focus on business studies.

Postgraduate (PG) Courses:

1. LLM (1-Year / 2-Year Program)

   • Specializations:

     • Constitutional Law

     • Criminal Law

     • Corporate & Commercial Law

     • Intellectual Property Law

   • Eligibility: LLB degree with 50% marks (45% for SC/ST).

   • Selection: Based on CLAT PG score.

2. PhD in Law (Research Program)

   • Eligibility: LLM with minimum 55% marks.

   • Selection: Entrance test + interview.

Important Notes for 2025 Admissions:

• CLAT 2025 (for UG & PG) will likely be held in December 2024.

• MNLU Nagpur may also consider AILET, LSAT, or MHCET Law (for Maharashtra domicile students) for some seats.
