Madhav University PhD Admission 2026 - Programs, Important Dates and Application Procedure

Applications are invited by Madhav University for admission into Ph.D. Program for session 2026.

Entrance test fee : Rs. 1000 /-

Last Date for Receipt of Application: 30th March 2020

Date of Entrance Test: 05th April 2020

Eligibility: Master degree level with at least 55% marks in the main subject /allied subject. 

Procedure for Admission

• The university will advise the number of accessible seats for Ph. D degree course in various subjects ahead of time through commercial in National/Vernacular papers and the university site based on a number of accessible Supervisors in the pertinent subject. 
• The applicants will apply for confirmation on the recommended structure accessible in the University office, Madhav University, Pindwara (Sirohi) or can be downloaded from the university site. 
• Consistently, the application for admission to Ph. D course in various subjects will be submitted alongside the entrance test charge for the Ph. D course, as fixed by the university, to the Registrar, Madhav University, Pindwara (Sirohi) through the bank draft for Madhav University, payable at Abu Road (Sirohi) by the date to be told. A competitor may apply for admission to Ph. D course in one subject for example fundamental subject (in which he/she has acquired a Master's qualification) or its associated subject. A rundown of subjects/associated subjects will be appropriately put at the university site. 
• Get ready research proposition of around 4-6 pages as shown in Annexure A 
• The applicants are required to show up for the Interview before the Research Advisory council on the date (s) told by the university alongside the examine proposition. 
• Ph. D seats will be rounded up out of the applicants qualifying the passageway test and directing/Interview arranged by merit. Exclusion from the passage test will be permitted according to UGC rules. Saved seats staying empty will be rounded up out of Provisional Registration general classification on merit. 
• The date of the affirmation Provisional Registration will be checked from the date of the store of the first-semester charge.

Entrance Exam

• The medium of Examination shall be English only.
• 100 objective type questions (50 questions on the main subject and 50 questions on mental ability & general awareness)
• The duration of the examination shall be two hours.
