IISWBM Kolkata MBA Public Systems Admission 2026 - Dates, Eligibility, Application

IISWBM was established on 25th April 1953 by a goal passed by the Senate of the University of Calcutta. The gathering of the Senate was managed by Mr. Equity Rama Prasad Mookherjee. Eligibility Criteria for IISWBM MBA PS Admission 2026

Honors with minimum 50% marks (45% in case of SC/ST/PWD) candidates or equivalent course where Honours courses are not available, from a recognized university; Graduates in any professional course (Engineering, etc.) LL.B (5 years) of a recognized University are also eligible. A minimum of 50% marks in aggregate in the qualifying examination is required.

Experienced candidates preferred.

• Energy Management: Bachelor in Business Administration, Graduate with Honors in (Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Economics); B.E. / B.Tech in Engineering, AMIE, Master of Computer Applications are eligible to apply (at least 50% marks)
• Environment Management: Graduates with honors or equivalent in AMIE, Engineering, Science, Economics, Bachelor, Master in all disciplines eligible to apply (at least 50% marks)
• Health Care and Hospitality Management: MBBS, BUMS, BDS, PBTB, Ayush, BBA, OPTM, BHMS, BAMS, LLB, Bachelor in Business Administration, Graduate with Honors or equivalent in Commerce, Nursing, Nutrition and Engineering, Pharmacy, Science, Economics, AMIE are eligible to apply (at least 50% marks)
• Transportation and Logistics Management: Graduate with honors or equivalent in Engineering, AMIE/Science/Commerce/Arts (Economics), Business Administration, Computer Applications are eligible to apply (at least 50% marks)

Master degree students in all the above disciplines can also apply

Selection Procedure

• IISWBM gets the CAT score of the candidates who have applied for admission into IISWBM from the IIM admission committee. 
• On the basis of a cut-off-mark, the candidates are called for Group Discussion and Personal Interview at IISWBM, Kolkata or other centers outside West Bengal.
• The final list of the selected candidates is prepared strictly on the basis of merit.

Important Notes for Online Application

• Click On "NEW APPLICATION" and fill the application form.
• Click On "APPLICATION STATUS" for checking.
• Please Note the 'Application No' after Application for further Process.
• Payment can be made through "SBI POWER JYOTI" challan or OnlineBanking(Debit/Credit/NetBanking).
• In case of failure through OnlineBanking and the amount being debited, Please wait for 48 hours till payment status gets updated.
• Provisional Receipt can be downloaded after successful payment through online banking and after confirmation from Bank through the "SBI POWER JYOTI" challan.
• On submitting the filled-in form, the Application number will be generated, which has to be noted down for future reference.
• After application number generation, you can make your payment at the same time or in future make your payment through the "Application Status" link to complete the payment process.

Instructions For Offline Payment

• You must courier the copy of the completed Application Form, copy of Payment slip and copies of all applicable documents to IISWBM, Management House College Square West Kolkata-700 073.
• Come with the originals when you are called for Group Discussion and Personal Interview.

Instructions For Online Payment

• Fill up the information through Online Entry Form and payment through Debit/Credit card or NetBanking.
• During the application process, Application Number will be generated, and keep it for further reference.
• Print Application Certificate.
• Print Receipt (Available only for successful payment).
• Send the Application certificate along with the receipt to the Institute.

Infrastructure

Hostel Facility
