Admission Criteria 

• Candidates who want to take admission in Ph. D. program shall have a Master's Degree with at least 55% marks in aggregate or its equivalent grade or a Professional Degree in a relevant area declared equivalent to the Master's Degree.
• From 55% to 50% relaxation of 5% of marks may be allowed for those belonging to SC/ST/OBC candidates.
• Candidates possessing a degree considered equivalent to M. Phil. Degree. 
• The candidate will be selected on the base of the Entrance Test and Interview.

Ph.D. Entrance Test

The entrance test will include 100 Multiple choice questions, each question carrying 1 mark. The candidates will be required to attempt 50 questions of research methodology and 50 questions of the subject. The syllabus of the entrance test of each department is uploaded.

Individual Interview 

Candidates who qualified in the entrance test and absolved from the entrance test will be called for individual Interviews.
