Admission Criteria 

  • Candidates who want to take admission in Ph. D. program shall have a Master's Degree with at least 55% marks in aggregate or its equivalent grade or a Professional Degree in a relevant area declared equivalent to the Master's Degree.
  • From 55% to 50% relaxation of 5% of marks may be allowed for those belonging to SC/ST/OBC candidates.
  • Candidates possessing a degree considered equivalent to M. Phil. Degree. 
  • The candidate will be selected on the base of the Entrance Test and Interview.
  • Entrance Test (CUCET -2020) shall have 70% weightage. Qualifying marks for entrance test will be 50 % (45% in case of SC/ST and Persons with disabilities). 
  • Interview/Viva-voce shall have 30% weightage.
  • GATE/UGC-CSIR NET/SLET/UGC/NET/M.phil./ or, any other national-level fellowship test qualified students need not appear the CUCET-2020, but have to get registered through CUCET 2020.

  • SC/ST Applicants: Rs. 450/-

  • A candidate can apply for a fee through net-banking/charge/Visa/UPI. 
  • GST and different duties as relevant by Govt. of India/Bank. 
  • A candidate can apply for three projects from three Participating Universities (PUs) by paying application expenses as referenced previously.
