Ph.D Program

Qualification Criteria 

• The qualification criteria and standards are according to UGC Regulations/BBDU PhD Ordinance 
• Contender for admission to the PhD Program in all subjects aside from Engineering subjects, Management, Computer Applications, Pharmaceutical Science, and Architecture will have a Master's certificate with in any event 55% stamps in total. 
• For admission to Ph.D. program in designing subjects, Management, Computer Applications, Pharmaceutical Science, Architecture the hopefuls will have a Master's qualification or an expert degree pronounced equal to the Master's certificate by the relating statutory administrative body, with in any event 60% stamps in total or an identical evaluation. 
• Unwinding in qualification conditions will be according to Government/UGC rules 

Admission Procedure 

• The admission to PhD Program will be informed on the University site or potentially through papers. The qualified hopefuls will apply on the endorsed structure. Therefore, the shortlisted applicants satisfying the base qualification conditions will be called for composed test and meeting. 
• The composed Test will qualify with qualifying marks as half. The prospectus of the composed Test will comprise of half of research procedure including PC abilities and research bent and half will be subject explicit. The Test will be directed at the Centre(s) advised ahead of time by the University. 
• Every one of the applicants showing up in the composed test will likewise be required to show up for a meeting in which the hopefuls are relied upon to talk about their examination intrigue/territory.

Babu Banarasi Das University is a state private college having its Main Campus in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India set up by Akhilesh Das in 2010 and named after his dad and previous Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Banarasi Das. The University was incepted by an Act (No. 25 of 2010) of State Legislature of Uttar Pradesh as a State Private University and UGC vide its letter no 8-30/2010(CPP-I/PU) dated 17 February 2011 enabled it to grant degrees under area 22 of the UGC demonstration 1956.
