B.A. or Bachelor of Arts is an undergraduate level course. The course can be pursued either as a part-time graduate course or full-time graduate course i.e. through distance education or correspondence depending upon one’s choice. Duration of the Course

Duration of the course is 3 years but in some countries like the Russian Federation, Scotland, Canada, Japan, the United States, etc it has  4 years duration. In India and other countries like New Zealand, Norway, Australia, Singapore some of the European Union countries, etc the duration of the course is three years.

Eligibility

Candidate who wants to take admission in BA should have passed 10+2 examinations from a recognized Education Board with Science, Arts or Commerce stream with 50% of marks but the percentage may vary from institute to institute and from state to state.
