Eligibility

As per UGC norms candidate must satisfy the following eligibility requirements who is seeking admission to the Ph.D. Programme.

With not less than 55% marks in aggregate or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system a Master's degree from a recognized Indian University or any other equivalent degree in the relevant field.

As per the decision of the Central and State Government, relaxation of 5% of marks to SC/ ST /OBC /Differently-Abled and such other categories.

Duration: Three Years

Selection Criteria: 

On the basis of his/her score in The Research Entrance Aptitude Test (TREAT), an applicant will be shortlisted for interview. Candidate’s performance in the interview subject to scoring minimum marks will decide the final selection of the candidate.

Exemption From Entrance Test:

Candidates are exempted from the entrance test (TREAT) and directly appear in the Interview who have M.Phil. Degree in the concerned subject from UGC recognized University or have qualified in the NET / SLET / SET examination.

Course Work:

For both full - time as well as a part-time candidate all the Ph.D. students shall take up the course work in the main campus of the University.

Those who passed Ph.D. course work from UGC recognized university or students with an M.Phil. the degree is exempted from the Ph.D. course work.

For Non-APST ( Non-Arunachal Pradesh Scheduled Tribe ) candidates        INR 2,500/- 

For APST (Arunachal Pradesh Scheduled Tribe) candidates            INR 1,500/-

Through a demand draft fee must be paid to "APEX PROFESSIONAL UNIVERSITY"
