Amity University Raipur Ph.D. Admission

Admission for Ph.D. Admission will be given on the base of Entrance Test.

Entrance Test Details

Section 1 with 50 Questions of 1 mark each

• General Awareness
• English Language
• Logical Reasoning
• Quantitative Analysis
• Data Analysis and Interpretation

Section 2 subject speicific with 50 Questions of Master’s level of 1 mark each

Duration for Ph.D.

• Candidate can complete his Ph.D. by two modes.
• Full time: For a minimum of 3 years
• Part-time: For minimum 4 ½ years 
• 6 years is the maximum duration for modes.

Eligibility Criteria for Ph.D.

For all Ph.D. programs except in Engineering and Technology

• Candidate should have two years Masters OR M.Phil Degree from any accredited Indian or Foreign University in the relevant field with 55% marks or Equivalent Grade in the Masters or M.Phil Degree. 

For Engineering and Technology

• Candidate should have M. Tech / M.E./M.S. qualification in relevant disciplines with minimum CGPA of 6.0 on a 10 point scale or equivalent or 60% marks and with 60% aggregate in Xth, XIIth and B.Tech/B.E.

Fee for Ph.D.

For an Indian National candidate

• Registration Fee Rs 10,000/-
• Security Deposit Rs 10,000/-
• Academic Fee Rs. 30,000/- per semester for full time, Rs. 20,000/- per semester for part time

For a Foreign National candidate

• Registration Fee Rs 10,000/-
• Security Deposit Rs 10,000/-
• Academic Fee Rs. 75,000/- per semester for full time,  Rs. 50,000/- per semester for part time
