Duration of the Course

• Total Duration (Stage I + II):   90 Minutes

Syllabus for Physiology: PG Entrance and MBBS Level

Syllabus for Nuclear Medicine: Subject related Analysis, Radio Pharmacy, Radio-Diagnosis, Conventional and Advanced Nuclear Medicine

Candidates must score at least 35 marks in stages I and II (combined) to be eligible for stage III.

• Medical / Dental/Nursing candidates: 10 marks will be added to the total score to candidates who hold a Medical Degree (MBBS/ BDS/ MDS/ DNB/ MD/MS/ DM/ M.Ch.) or M.Sc. (Nursing) or equivalent.
• Non-Medical candidates: 10 marks will be added to the total score to candidates who have qualified in any one of the following entrance tests in the last 2 years: Joint CSIR-UGC NET for JRF, DBT-JRF, DBT-SRF, ICMR-JRF, ICMR-SRF, NBHM screening test, Graduate aptitude test (GATE), INSPIRE fellowship, UGC-SRF, CSIR-SRF, UGC-JRF, CSIR-JRF, DST-JRF, DST-SRF.

Stage III: From stage 3, three times as many candidates as the number of seats advertised will be called for departmental clinical/practical/lab based assessment (carrying 20 marks). These marks will be added to the marks of stages I + II + special weightage to determine the final merit.
