Affordable Housing Online Portal – Apply Now on TCP Haryana
The Town and Country Planning Department (TCP) Haryana has launched an Affordable Housing Online Portal to facilitate the application process for affordable housing schemes in the state. Eligible applicants can apply online for various housing projects under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) and state government initiatives.
How to Apply for Affordable Housing in Haryana?
Visit the Official Portal
Go to the official TCP Haryana website: https://tcp.gov.in
Look for the \"Affordable Housing\" or \"Online Application\" section.
Register/Login
New users must register with details like name, mobile number, and email.
Existing users can log in using their credentials.
Fill the Application Form
Provide personal details, income proof, Aadhaar number, and other required documents.
Select the preferred housing scheme/location.
Upload Documents
Scanned copies of:
Aadhaar Card
Income Certificate
Address Proof
Passport-size photo
Pay Application Fee (if applicable)
Submit the fee online via debit/credit card, net banking, or UPI.
Submit & Track Application
After submission, note the application number for tracking.
Check the portal for updates on allotment status.
Eligibility Criteria
Income Limit: Must fall under EWS/LIG/MIG categories.
Residency: Applicant should be a resident of Haryana (some schemes may allow non-residents).
No Prior Ownership: Should not own a pucca house in any other part of India.
