The North Eastern Institute of Ayurveda and Homeopathy (NEIAH), Shillong, Meghalaya is an independent foundation recently settled under the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India. The Institute is created nearby the North Eastern Indira Gandhi Regional Institute of Health and Medical Sciences (NEIGRIHMS) at Mawdiangdiang, Shillong, Meghalaya.

The establishment has begun an Ayurvedic and a Homeopathic school with the confirmation limit of 50 understudies every (BAMS and BHMS Courses) from the session 2016 - 17 alongside an undeniable 100 bed Ayurvedic medical clinic and a 50 bed Homeopathic emergency clinic.
