So it is very significant to be adequatelu equipped with resources that create the teacher an ideal role to the students. To achieve this, B.Ed. courses were introduced, which will teach a person about teaching and the different aspects associated with it. The national council of education research and training has been given different types of work covering approximately all aspects of teaching education and quality improvement in teaching education. The National policy on Education (1986) and its revised version (1992) says that the status of teachers reflects the socio-cultural philosophy of society situated in the vicinity of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Bihar University, Muzaffarpur. L P Shahi institute of teachers education is beginning session on 2014. It is affiliated to Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Bihar University, Muzaffarpur and approved by the ERC National Council of Teacher Education(NCTE) The college is co-educational and at present apply for has a capacity of 100 student. L P Shahi Institute of Teachers Education which began as a smart building today possess an efficient infrastructure which includes spacious and well lit classrooms, Science laboratories and a language lab, library, computer room, recreation room, auditorium and a spacious ground. The college has a well- stocked libtary possessing a rich collection of books and journals that cover the B. Ed syllabus as well as reference books in various subjects.
